What we collect

When you request a reservation we collect the name, mobile number, email address, pick-up and drop-off addresses, travel date and time, passenger count, and any notes you choose to give us. If you supply a flight number we use it to track that flight's arrival time. That is the whole set. We do not ask for anything we do not need to put a vehicle in the right place at the right time.

What we do with it

We use it to quote, schedule and perform the trip, to contact you about that trip, and to invoice for it. Corporate account information is additionally used for monthly billing and cost-centre reporting to the account holder.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Who we share it with

The chauffeur assigned to your trip receives your name, contact number and the addresses involved. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our systems. We disclose information to law enforcement only where legally required.

Analytics and cookies

This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. If privacy-respecting analytics are added, this section will be updated before they go live and will name the provider.

How long we keep it

Trip and billing records are retained for seven years to meet tax and insurance obligations. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within 24 months.

Your rights in Colorado

Under the Colorado Privacy Act you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, and obtain a portable copy. Contact reservations@denverelitechauffeur.com and we will respond within 45 days.
