Terms of Service
Last updated August 11, 2026
1. Who we are
Denver Elite Chauffeur provides prearranged luxury limousine service in Colorado under Public Utilities Commission Luxury Limousine authority. All service is by advance reservation; we do not accept street hails or unscheduled hires.
2. Reservations and confirmation
A reservation exists once we confirm it in writing. Prices quoted on this website are firm for the vehicle class, route and date quoted, and include gratuity, tolls, fuel, airport access fees, meet-and-greet and the wait time stated on the rates page.
3. Changes and cancellation
Metro transfers may be cancelled without charge until 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up. Mountain and resort transfers may be cancelled without charge until 48 hours before. Cancellations inside those windows, and no-shows, are charged at 50% of the quoted fare. Peak holiday mountain reservations require a 25% deposit, which is refundable up to 14 days before travel.
4. Wait time
Airport arrivals include 60 minutes from actual landing time. All other pick-ups include 15 minutes. Additional wait time is billed at the vehicle's published hourly rate in quarter-hour increments.
5. Hourly service
Hourly bookings carry a 3-hour minimum and are billed from the scheduled start time to release, in half-hour increments thereafter.
6. Passenger conduct and capacity
Published passenger and luggage capacities are limits, not targets, and we may decline to carry loads exceeding them. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all vehicles. Colorado child-restraint law applies; we supply seats at no charge when requested in advance.
7. Delays and conditions beyond our control
We plan mountain routes conservatively and monitor CDOT closures, but we are not liable for delay or non-performance caused by weather, road or pass closure, traffic incidents, mechanical failure, or other causes beyond our reasonable control. Where we cannot perform, our liability is limited to a refund of amounts paid for the affected trip.
8. Property left in vehicles
We will make reasonable efforts to return property left in a vehicle but accept no liability for loss or damage to it. Items unclaimed after 30 days may be disposed of.
9. Damage
Passengers are responsible for the cost of repair or professional cleaning arising from damage or soiling caused during their booking, charged at documented cost.
10. Payment
A valid payment card is held on file and charged after service unless the booking is on an invoiced corporate account. Corporate accounts are payable net 30.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and the courts of the City and County of Denver have exclusive jurisdiction.
